Whether you are pursuing a Texas security license or strengthening the safety posture of an entire organization, we focus on practical, safety-first instruction and guidance grounded in real-world experience. We provide training and consulting only — we do not offer guard, patrol, or security-staffing services.
Our story
Established in 2021, Nighthawk Alliance was built on a foundation of military service and hands-on security expertise. Our work was featured in a 2023 Fort Worth Report article highlighting our contribution to security education in the community.

Licensed and accountable
Nighthawk Alliance operates as a licensed Texas Security Academy under License #F31198401, regulated by the Texas DPS Private Security Program. Our in-person training is designed to prepare students to meet Texas licensing requirements, with applications processed through the Texas DPS TOPS portal. What we do
Security training (Dallas–Fort Worth & North Texas)
We deliver in-person, DPS-aligned security training across the DFW metroplex and Tarrant County, with select courses available online through academy.nighthawkalliance.com. Our training helps individuals work toward a Texas security license — we provide instruction, not job placement.
Security consulting (nationwide)
Our consulting practice serves clients nationwide. We travel to your site anywhere in the United States to assess risk, review protocols, and recommend best practices for protecting your organization, venue, or facility.
